About Mariam

Mariam is from Egypt and learned to cook at her mother's side, growing up on the dishes she now makes for your table.

She's a perfectionist in the kitchen: a dish doesn't make it onto the menu until it's exactly right, and she'll keep cooking it until it is.

With a background in graphic design, she brings the same care to how every order looks, down to the packaging it arrives in.
